I asked Annalee's Mommy to show me how to French braid on Annabelle's hair this evening. Annabelle sat very still for her to braid her hair. She braided it loosely so that Annabelle wouldn't complain too much.
Does her hair not look beautiful? I love it! Annalee's Mommy made it look so easy, but I doubt I'll be able to figure it out when I actually sit down with Annabelle and try.

You just don't remember me french braiding your hair when you were little. I sure couldn't do it now because I don't have a clue which steps to go through, but I did do it when you were older than Annabelle. You didn't sit still very long. But you did look cute.
Now that hair do, reminds me of those in the country when I was growning up. I do not think that women cut there hair much, back then and just let let grow. Annabelle's Great Grandmother had real long hair which she rolled up into a bun, I think it was called
