When she grows up

While driving from Wills Park on the 4th of July to a medical office building to watch the fireworks, Annabelle and I had the following conversation.

Annabelle: I can't figure out my mind! I can't figure out if I want to be a ballerina or a balloon girl when I grow up.

[Pause]

Annabelle: Actually, I want to be a pool girl.

Mommy: What does a pool girl do?

Annabelle: Just swims all day long.
