How on earth do you people keep your kid in his/her bedroom for quiet time?
I just had enough today, so I ordered Annabelle to her bedroom for "quiet time." She actually seemed excited about her new quiet time. I told her she could only come out to use the potty. She took full advantage of that one, 4-5 times! Not to mention the many times she came to find me to ask me if she could play with her puzzles or color in a drawing book.
Aaarrgghh!
Perhaps I should have tried this BEFORE she learned to climb out of her crib?
I lowered the crib rail for fear that she'd topple on her head, and I told her that she could read books either in her crib or the glider or she could play with toys as long as she stayed in her bedroom.
I guess I am a pushover!

Well, if you're mean - like me - you turn the doorknob around backwards, put a Pull Up on them and tell them they get an M&M if the Pull Up stays dry for 1.5 hours. :o)
But I'm not sure you're as mean as your pal Ginny.
So funny! I bet she'll get it if you stick with it!
